POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
Our Cleaning Services
Book one stage, one unit, or a complete three-stage clean for the whole release.
01 After the major trades
Rough Clean
Clear loose construction debris and heavy surface dust in every unit so the remaining trades and the detailed clean can follow. Sequenced lot by lot for a single build or a whole release.
Typical cleaning checklist
Your written quote confirms the tasks and areas for each unit in this visit.
Loose debris in the agreed cleaning areas
Initial dust removal from accessible surfaces
Sweeping or vacuuming of agreed floor areas
Accessible ledges, sills and horizontal surfaces identified in the scope
Floor preparation for the next cleaning stage
Removal quantities, hauling, disposal and any special access are confirmed in your written quote. Heavy debris removal and the final detail clean should not be assumed to be included.
Detail every finished surface, from floors and glass to kitchens and fixtures, unit by unit. We plan around the homes that are ready, so your workmanship shows at the inspection and the buyer walkthrough.
Typical cleaning checklist
The room-by-room checklist is agreed for your finishes, floor plan and site condition.
Detailed cleaning of agreed floors and surfaces
Kitchens, countertops and agreed cabinet surfaces
Bathrooms and accessible fixtures
Doors, trim, baseboards and accessible ledges within scope
Glass, frames, sills and tracks identified in the quote
Attention to remaining dust, fingerprints and agreed residue
Specialty finishes, high-access glass, exterior work and stubborn residue need a site-specific review. Confirm cabinet interiors and any adhesive or paint-residue removal before booking.
A focused return visit for fresh dust, fingerprints and the last marks after the punch list and walkthrough traffic. Send us the units and areas that need attention and we agree the return scope together.
Typical cleaning checklist
A light finishing visit for the areas agreed with your team.
Light dust and fingerprint removal
Spot attention to agreed glass and touchpoints
Light floor touch-ups in the agreed areas
Attention to the agreed walkthrough areas
A final check with your team
This is a light return clean, not a repeat of every earlier stage. New trade work, substantial debris or additional visits are quoted separately.
From a single build to a phased community, start with the scope, timing and details that matter for your project.
01 / SHARE
Tell us about the project.
Send the community or address, number of units, approximate square footage per home, cleaning stage and target dates. Floor plans and photos help us scope the release.
02 / CONFIRM
Agree on the scope.
We review the project and confirm the tasks and areas for each unit in a written quote. Flag access requirements, specialty finishes and any separately priced work.
03 / COORDINATE
Coordinate the schedule.
Share the remaining trade schedule, site contact and entry arrangements. Confirm readiness and any access, water or power requirements for each phase.
04 / REVIEW
Review and hand over.
Walk the agreed areas with your team. Further visits after trade work or walkthroughs are scoped separately.
Additional Cleaning Services
Add these to your request so the right scope can be confirmed.
Window & Glass Detailing
Tell us which panes, frames, sills and tracks need attention, whether the work is inside or outside, and any height or access requirements.
Request cleaning for presentation areas, surfaces and visitor touchpoints. Share whether the space is occupied, furnished or preparing for an upcoming showing.
Define the renovated rooms, surrounding areas affected by dust, and any occupied areas or belongings that need to be considered when planning the clean.
Can you handle multiple homes or a whole community?
Yes. Tell us the number of units, the phasing and your target dates. We review the release together so scope and scheduling are confirmed unit by unit or phase by phase, and each unit is quoted with its own written scope.
What does the quote include?
We review your project’s size, condition, cleaning stage and timing. Your written quote defines the areas and tasks for that visit. Tell us about debris quantities, residue, specialty surfaces and access requirements so we can confirm the scope.
What is priced separately?
Additional visits and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. Flag hauling or disposal, high-access glass, exterior work and specialty treatments when requesting a quote; don’t assume they are included.
When should I schedule each clean?
Rough cleaning follows the major trades. Final detailing is planned around substantial completion and the walkthrough. A touch-up is a separate return visit before handover. Share your target date and remaining trade work so we can confirm a suitable schedule.
Can I book just one stage?
Yes. Book an individual visit or coordinate all three stages. Each visit has an agreed scope; further visits are quoted separately.
Where do you work?
We serve Greater Houston, including Katy, Cypress and Sugar Land. Send your city or community with the request so we can confirm coverage and availability for your project.
Do you clean remodels and model homes?
Yes. We also offer post-renovation cleaning, model-home and sales-office cleaning, and window and glass detailing. Select the service in the quote form or choose “Not sure yet.”
What information helps you prepare the quote?
Start with the location, approximate square footage, cleaning stage and preferred date. Add the project condition, remaining trade work, access arrangements and any unusual surfaces or residue. If you are coordinating several homes or visits, mention that too so the scope can be reviewed together.
Can I send photos or floor plans?
Yes. Photos and floor plans help us understand the layout, condition and access needs. If the form is preparing an email draft, attach the files in your email app before sending. Where the form offers direct uploads, use the file types and size limits shown there. Avoid including access codes or sensitive personal information.
What happens after I request a quote?
We usually reply within 48 hours to review the project details and discuss next steps. A submitted request does not confirm a booking. The cleaning scope and available timing still need to be agreed. If your handover is approaching, call (832) 271-0175 to discuss it.
